The main construction area of the project covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters. The project is divided into a fish processing workshop and a shrimp processing workshop. The total output of finished products is more than 100T/day. The finished products include frozen fish, chilled fish, single frozen fish fillets, fried breaded fish, Single frozen raw shrimp (kernel), cooked shrimp, fried shrimp, etc.
The whole project design conforms to the double standards of EU food certification and US HACCP food certification. The project includes 5 quick-freezing production lines, tens of thousands of quick-freezing rooms, cold storage and chilled storage, supporting workshop air conditioners and cold water parts. The project uses a total of 39 compressor units, adopts environmentally friendly refrigerants, and all equipment and materials meet the EU CE certification standards.
