Project scale: This project is the freezing and storage refrigeration engineering of duck products. The project includes:
A. 9 quick freezing rooms, with a storage temperature of -35 ℃ and a total freezing capacity of about 150t. The end uses a rack type steel pipe (manually operated hot air defrosting)
B. 3 low-temperature refrigerated warehouses with a storage temperature of -20 ℃ and a total storage capacity of approximately 5000t. The end uses suspended steel pipes (manually operated hot air defrosting)
Technical solution application: The quick freezing room and low-temperature warehouse share a set of fluorine/carbon dioxide cascade auxiliary equipment units, equipped with 2 CO2 automatic bucket pump units.
Two fluorine compressors UBF20MTE, one carbon dioxide compressor UHSC16T, one UHSC12T, one auxiliary unit UFDFC (12+16), and two barrel pump units ZWC12.
