Project Overview: Meat and Duck Slaughtering Project, with 8 quick freezing rooms and a daily quick freezing capacity of 150 tons. The end uses a rack type steel pipe (manually operated hot air defrosting). Low temperature refrigeration warehouse of 73m × 42m × 7m, one room, with a storage capacity of about 5000 tons, using suspended steel pipes at the end (manually operated hot air defrosting).
Application of technical solutions:
The quick freezing room and low-temperature warehouse share a set of stacked auxiliary equipment units, equipped with two CO2 automatic bucket pump units.
Two fluorine compressors UBF20MTE, one carbon dioxide compressor UHSC16T, one UHSC12T, one auxiliary unit UFDFC (12+16), and two barrel pump units ZWC12.
