Project scale: 3-storey cold storage with a total construction area of approximately 23140 square meters, 4 rooms/floor, of which the first and second floors are frozen goods refrigeration rooms with a design temperature of -18~-25 ℃, the third floor is one of the fresh-keeping warehouses with a design temperature of 0~4 ℃, and the other 3 are frozen goods refrigeration rooms with a design temperature of -18~-25 ℃; The total storage capacity is about 30000 tons. The design temperature for the hallway is 10-15 ℃.
Technical solution application: A total of 4 screw compressor units, 1 condensing pry mounted unit, 1 CO2 low-pressure barrel pump unit, 2 evaporative condensers, and 123 suspended stainless steel tube aluminum sheet air coolers are configured.
Project highlight: This project adopts a cascade refrigeration system with intermediate cooling load, in which the frozen goods refrigeration room adopts cascade refrigeration, and the fresh-keeping warehouse and hallway adopt carrier refrigeration.
