Xiantan Chicken Slaughtering And Chicken Processing Overall Solution Project

Project Description: This poultry slaughtering and processing project has a daily slaughter capacity of 150,000 chickens. The project utilizes a combination of an ammonia system and an ammonia/CO2 cascade system, with the quick-freezing system utilizing a CO2 cascade system.

Project Highlights: Two sliding-rail spiral quick-freezers, each with a capacity of 3 tons/hour; 15 quick-freezing rooms, each with a freezing capacity of 16 tons/10 hours; Four cold storage and fresh product rooms, with a total storage capacity of 1,000 tons; Two MORRIS chillers; and a pre-cooling and water replenishment system, workshop air conditioning, and a loading and unloading platform. The refrigeration system utilizes 14 ammonia open-type screw units, two CO2 semi-hermetic variable-frequency screw units, two auxiliary units, 32 stainless steel tube and aluminum fin air coolers, and nine evaporative cooling units.
