Project Description: Four quick-freezing rooms, each with a freezing capacity of 5 tons per 5-6 hours; one pre-cooling room and two low-temperature cold storage rooms, with a total storage capacity of 500 tons;
One 30-ton/day flake ice machine; one 10 m³/h workshop chiller; and a refrigeration system supporting workshop air conditioning.
Project Highlights: The quick-freezing rooms, pre-cooling rooms, and low-temperature cold storage rooms utilize an NH3/CO2 intermediate load cascade refrigeration system: two semi-hermetic siphon-cooled motor-driven screw compressors for CO2, two open-type liquid-cooled and oil-cooled screw compressor units with economizers for ammonia, one cascade auxiliary unit, and 11 stainless steel tube and aluminum flake air coolers.
The flake ice machine utilizes an NH3 refrigeration system: one open-type liquid-cooled and oil-cooled screw compressor unit for ammonia, one drum pump unit, and one flake ice machine. The workshop's cooling water system utilizes an NH3/cold water cooling system, while the air conditioning system utilizes an NH3/ethylene glycol cooling system. Two open-type, liquid-cooled and oil-cooled screw compressor units are used for ammonia, along with two ammonia distributors, seven ceiling-mounted dual-discharge air coolers, and four ceiling-mounted side-blowing air coolers.
The ammonia refrigeration system's auxiliary equipment is shared, with three evaporative condensers and vertical siphonic liquid receivers.
