India CC (cold Storage, Quick Freezer, And Ice Maker) Project

Project Description: 1 750kg/hour single-shot freezing line (raw shrimp);

1 750kg/hour single-shot freezing line (cooked shrimp);

1 500kg/hour freezing line (raw shrimp);

2 cold storage rooms, total storage capacity 1,390 tons;

2 25-ton/day flake ice machines;

2 25-ton/day plate ice machines;

Refrigeration system for workshop air conditioning (including receiving area, head removal area, processing area, soaking area, post-cooking peeling area, packaging room, and hallway);

Refrigeration system for 2 pre-cooling rooms;

Refrigeration system for 1 raw material warehouse. Project Highlights: The single-stage chiller utilizes an NH3/CO2 cascade refrigeration system, including three semi-hermetic siphon-cooled screw compressors for CO2, three open-type screw compressors with economizers for ammonia, and three cascade auxiliary units. The flake ice and plate ice machines utilize an NH3 refrigeration system, including three open-type screw compressors for ammonia and two drum pump units.

The workshop's chilled water utilizes an NH3/cold water secondary cooling system, including one automatic open-type liquid-cooled and oil-cooled screw compressor unit for ammonia and two ammonia splitter/plate changers.

The workshop air conditioning and cold storage utilize an R404A direct expansion refrigeration system, including four automatic parallel units. The workshop air conditioning system is equipped with 43 ceiling-mounted dual-discharge copper tube and aluminum fin air coolers. The cold storage is equipped with three ceiling-mounted side-blown copper tube and aluminum fin air coolers and two units.

Each pre-cooling room is equipped with one R404A modular unit and two ceiling-mounted copper tube and aluminum fin air coolers. The raw material room is equipped with one R404A modular unit and one ceiling-mounted copper tube and aluminum fin air cooler.

The ammonia refrigeration system's auxiliary equipment is shared, with four evaporative condensers and a vertical siphon liquid receiver.
