Project Introduction: Hebei Jiumeizhai Food Co., Ltd. was established in 2016. The company covers an area of 45 mu and has a total investment of RMB 120 million. It mainly builds raw and cooked quick-frozen product workshops. At the same time, it purchases advanced equipment such as quick freezing, packaging, warehousing, and logistics. The annual output of quick-frozen food is 50,000 tons, with an output value of RMB 500 million. Project Highlights: The project adopts ammonia R717/carbon dioxide R744 cascade/carrying cold refrigeration system, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe and efficient. 1) Phase I: Slide rail rotary (spiral) single freezer: a total of 2 units of 2T/h, freezing dumplings, refrigeration consumption of 280KW/unit, 2 units totaling 560kW. (2) Phase II: Slide rail rotary (spiral) single freezer: a total of 2 units of 3T/h, freezing dumplings, refrigeration consumption of 420KW/unit, 2 units totaling 840kW. (3) Low-temperature cold storage: The total storage capacity of the low-temperature cold storage is approximately: 5,100 tons. Finished product warehouse: 3 rooms in total, with a storage temperature of -20℃, storing frozen dumplings, with a total storage capacity of approximately 4,600 tons; Raw material warehouse: 1 room in total, with a storage temperature of -20℃, storing frozen fish and frozen meat products, with a storage capacity of approximately 500 tons.
