Project Description: Phase I: The terminal consists of five low-temperature cold storage rooms (10,000 tons), with a storage temperature of -20 to -25°C; and four quick-freezing rooms, each with a freezing capacity of 15 tons and a temperature of -35°C. The quick-freezing rooms and cold storage operate independently. During daytime high temperatures, the quick-freezing rooms use load-cooling operation to maintain the quick-freezing room temperature. During nighttime low power periods, cascade operation is used to cool the quick-freezing rooms. The low-temperature cold storage uses hot air defrosting. One 1.5-ton twin-screw freezer is used for quick freezing of prepared foods. The auxiliary equipment unit adopts an integrated structure, and the condenser evaporator adopts a plate and shell structure. The CO2 barrel pump unit is modularly manufactured in the factory to ensure equipment cleanliness and reduce on-site construction. The canned motor pump uses a Hermetic refrigeration pump, which has low cavitation margin and long service life, low product loss and repair costs, low operating energy consumption and high energy efficiency. The simple and compact structure reduces installation costs and high safety performance. Phase II: A total of three 2-ton twin-screw IQF freezers will be installed. Two will be installed initially, with one reserved for quick freezing of prepared foods.
