Project Description: This project processes frozen fish strips with a daily output of 300 tons. It is equipped with a 3.5 ton/hour sliding spiral quick freezer (with a defrost unit) and 32 flat rack freezers (each with a 1.5 ton/4 hour output). Three low-temperature cold storage rooms are also provided, with a total storage capacity of 4,500 tons. The client's 1,060 square meter workshop is also equipped with air conditioning and a seawater cooling system.
Project Highlights: The project includes a total of 10 chillers, including three single-stage chillers, five low-pressure circulating drum chillers, two double flash tanks, two ammonia distributors, seven evaporative coolers, and two siphon accumulators.
