Japanese-owned Shibiya Foods Project

Project Description: Weihai Shibiya Foods Co., Ltd. is a wholly Japanese-owned frozen food company specializing in seafood processing. The first phase of their plant was completed and put into production in March 2001, primarily processing octopus. Our company was selected to provide quick-freezing equipment.

Project Highlights: This project is our company's first CO2 cascade refrigeration project. It began operation in 2015 and has been operating smoothly to date without requiring any maintenance. During the ammonia system renovation project, the evaporator inside the IQF freezer remained unchanged. Our company implemented strict system pressure control procedures to ensure reliable system operation.
