Project scale: The building size is 143m * 53m, with a total of 4 floors of cold storage and a total construction area of approximately 30000 square meters. The first and second floors are -25 ℃ cold air storage, the third floor is -25 ℃ exhaust pipe storage, the fourth floor is -5~+5 ℃ fresh-keeping cold storage, and the temperature requirement for the first floor platform is 10 ℃.
Technical solution application: The system is an R507/R744 cascade+intermediate load refrigeration system, in which the four layer fresh-keeping cold storage and platform use load refrigeration, and the -25 ℃ cold storage uses cascade refrigeration.
The unit is equipped with 2 CO2 semi enclosed variable frequency screw compressors, 2 R507 semi enclosed screw compressors, 1 condensing skid mounted unit, and 1 CO2 bucket pump unit.
